Our CPT rigs are equipped with a manual pump (sipper) which can be used to retrieve water samples from an installed 20mm standpipe.
A 12-volt water sampling pump is also available and can be used to obtain discrete water samples. The pump is useful when targeting specific water table depths or perched water sources. This sampler can be used through an installed 32mm stand pipe.
Note – If clients use our pump or sipper to collect samples and the rig continues working, there is no charge to use our water sampler.
Clients are required to provide water sample containers.
